Day Ketterer Ltd. wishes to inform you that it is in the process of winding up its business. The Firm attorney with whom you have a relationship will remain as your attorney and is very happy to continue to provide the same high level of representation as in the past.   If you wish to confirm or modify your relationship with your attorney, please contact him or her directly.  

Closed Files:  The Firm will continue to administer closed/retired files until it ceases to do business, which is scheduled to occur on October 31, 2019.   If you would like to claim your retired files, please contact us as set forth below, and arrange to pick up the files by October 31, 2019.  Thereafter, the Firm may not have the means to continue to maintain unclaimed retired files and such files may be destroyed.  If you have received a telephone call stating your file is ready for pick-up, you may do so on Friday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Firm’s former Canton office location.  This is the only available time for pick-up during the week.  

Original Will Documents:  Effective Monday, November 25, 2019, all original wills on file with Day Ketterer will be transferred to the Stark County Bar Association (SCBA). You may claim your original will document(s) by contacting the SCBA directly at the phone number listed below. A valid photo I.D. must be presented and you will be required to sign a receipt at time of pick-up.
