Alex J. McCallion
Alex represents business owners, corporate executives and banking officers in all areas of commercial and civil litigation.
As a member of the Litigation, Business Law, and Banking Practice Groups, Alex handles a multitude of matters including bank and creditor's rights, general business litigation, and corporate formation and corporate restructuring.
Prior to joining Day Ketterer, Alex worked as a legal intern at the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia in Hampton, Virginia, focusing on consumer law and bankruptcy. While in law school Alex also interned at the Stark County Family Court in Canton, Ohio and for Student Legal Services in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Relevant Experience:
Recently assisted with the internal corporate restructuring of an international manufacturing company in order to allow for the $100 million spin-off and sale of the company from its parent corporation.
