DK Canton Office Art Gallery

Acme Artists Acme Artists

In our Canton, Ohio office we commissioned seven local artists from Acme Artists to create 14 original pieces of art in honor of the Firm's 135th Anniversary in October, 2007.  ArtsinStark President and CEO Robb Hankins captured the excitement of  a special unveiling in this event video.

Acme ArtistsWhen Day Ketterer moved to its new location on Market Ave S., in 2001, architect William T. Eberhard designed the spacious two-story offices to incorporate artwork as part of the décor. Canton artists contributing their works to the Day Ketterer Anniversary Art Exhibit include: Mark Ball, Dylan Atkinson, Christian Harwell, Tiffany Marsh, Chris Horn, Jerry Domokur and Wanda Montgomery. Over nine weeks they transformed 14 blank canvases into works of art with the final collection unveiled Wednesday, October 10 during the Firm's Gallery-style Anniversary Art Exhibit.

Robb Hankins, President and CEO of ArtsInStark, the County Arts Council applauded the Firm's creativity. "We are delighted that Day Ketterer has shown such creative leadership in supporting the arts in Stark County. By using their office as a showcase for local artists, they have set the stage for a new era in local arts patronage. We hope other companies will be inspired to expand their corporate art collections."
