Danielle A. Higgins
As a member of the Firm's Transactional Law, Business Law and Litigation Law Practice Groups, Danielle has handled matters such as assisting in private placement of securities, drafting agreements for manufacturers, physicians group, and drafting various pleadings and motions.
Danielle concentrates her practice in the areas of general business law, litigation and healthcare law. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Stark County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio.
Prior to joining Day Ketterer, Ms. Higgins served as Project Director for a multi-million dollar NIH medical research study and was Judicial Extern for the Honorable John R. Adams, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Danielle received her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law, where she served as Executive Contributing Editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. Danielle has also co-authored several articles that have appeared in medical and health journals and she has presented at international conferences.

- Assisting in a $4.5M private offering for a start-up biotech company
- Advising a public company client interested in expanding operations in Canada on all aspects of business concerns with regards to international expansion
- Drafting an independent contractor agreement for an ambulatory surgery center physician group
