Day Ketterer and Goldman & Rosen Merge

Day Ketterer Ltd. is delighted to announce its merger with the law firm of Goldman & Rosen Ltd. The addition of Goldman and Rosen adds six attorneys and significantly increases the depth of Day Ketterer’s family law, bankruptcy and real estate practices.  The merger brings the total of Day Ketterer attorneys to forty-five practicing out of the Firm’s offices in Canton, Akron, Hudson and Youngstown.

The merger marks a strategic move for Day Ketterer, one of the oldest Firms in Ohio, with the addition of a new Akron office, its second in Summit County.  Day Ketterer Managing Partner Rob Roland stated, “We are tremendously excited about the added advantages this merger provides to both our clients and the clients of Goldman & Rosen. The addition of an established downtown Akron office will enable our attorneys to better serve our clients throughout Ohio.”

Gary Rosen, a prominent Akron domestic relations attorney and the Managing Partner of Goldman & Rosen Ltd., added, “Joining Day Ketterer is not only a great opportunity for our firm, but also for our clients. Being a part of a well-respected, full service Law Firm like Day Ketterer, allows us to bring greater depth to our clients in a broader range of practice areas.”

The Firm will commemorate the occasion of the merger by participating in a community service project on Wednesday, October 3, 2018. The Firm has selected the Akron-Canton Foodbank for the project. All attorneys and staff will spend the afternoon volunteering in various areas through out the organization. The Foodbank was selected for the excellent work they do throughout the eight counties they support in Northeast Ohio; including those where Day Kettterer has a presence.

Joining Day Ketterer from Goldman & Rosen are Attorneys Gary M. Rosen, Marc P. Gertz, Peter G. Tsarnas, Stacey Tsarnas Hackenberg, George P. Tsarnas and Joshua A. Lemerman.  They will work out of the Firm’s downtown Akron office located at 11 South Forge Street.
