Day Ketterer Grows Again

Day Ketterer is pleased to announce that Gordon D. Woolbert, II  has joined the firm as a Member in its Litigation and Business Law Practice Groups. The addition of Woolbert grows the firm to 40 attorneys representing clients across Ohio.

Woolbert has represented many of Stark County’s businesses and business owners for more than 15 years. He regularly represents area businesses before many federal and state trial courts, employment commissions, and arbitrators. Drawing on his litigation experience, Woolbert brings the unique ability to prepare and negotiate employment agreements, executive compensation agreements, asset sale agreements, and other business contracts from the perspective of a trial attorney who often litigates the issues raised in such documents.

In addition to having had a successful law practice, spanning more than 16 years with Black McCuskey, L.P.A., Woolbert has also been an active member of the community. He currently serves as a Board Secretary of the Paul and Carol David YMCA in Jackson Township, coaches local sports teams in which his children are involved, serves as a den leader and committee member for his sons’ Boy Scout troop, and is an active congregant in his church, John Knox Presbyterian Church in Jackson Township.
