DK Celebrates 135th Anniversary
In celebration of its 135th Anniversary, Day Ketterer Ltd., commissioned seven local artists on August 7, 2007 to design two original pieces each for a permanent art collection to be housed within the law firm's offices inside the Millennium Building. Canton's Mayor Janet Weir Creighton attended the press conference to kick-off the project at Acme Artists Gallery, located on 4th Street N.W. She congratulated Day Ketterer on its anniversary, its longstanding traditions of civic duty and its leadership role in this unique marriage between the business and art communities to support the city's growth initiatives.
