George P. Tsarnas

George is Of Counsel with the Firm and represents clients in various real estate and business transactions and estate and business succession planning. He enjoys representing small, family businesses and giving legal advice. In many cases he acts like an unofficial board member, and clients rely on his counsel to make informed business decisions. His knowledge of real estate and business enables him to offer his clients timely and effective advice. He counsels landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in all matters of real estate issues, offering experience in retail, office and industrial real estate leasing and transactions.

Representing closely held businesses, George offers advice and creative solutions for all aspects of his clients’ corporate needs, ranging from structuring entity ownership, contract negotiations, management succession, and family business transactions.

Prior to joining the private practice of law, George served in the Akron Law Department as the Chief City Prosecutor and in the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office.
