J. Sean Keenan


Sean represents management in employment discrimination law matters. He has appeared in state and federal courts, and has represented clients in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Dept. of civil rights (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) and the State agencies of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and West Virginia.

Sean retired from active practice in 2007 but maintains an "of counsel" relationship with Day Ketterer.

He is a member of the Ohio State and Stark County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in Ohio courts and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

He joined Day Ketterer in 1971.
