Jill's extensive knowledge about employers' rights and obligations combined with her ability to explain complex labor regulations in practical terms make her invaluable to corporate executives and human resource officers concerned about legal issues in the workplace.
Jill has over 23 years of in-depth legal experience focused primarily on advising businesses on labor and employment matters. She represents manufacturing companies, Fortune 500 companies, non-profit social service agencies, hospitals, public employers and nation-wide companies staffed by "work-from-home" employees.
She has acted as management's advocate in more than 200 labor arbitrations and has successfully argued employment matters in state courts throughout Ohio and in Federal Court.
