Kevin R. Caudill
Businesses are born from an entrepreneur's vision. Kevin understands that one of the most critical aspects as outside corporate counsel is to listen to his clients and work with them to define and integrate their passion into solid business plans that will minimize and help eliminate obstacles to their success.
Before his law career, Kevin held a broad range of accounting positions overseeing large capital, tax and year-end organizational audits in the engineering, manufacturing and retail industries.
