Drafted detailed documents regarding the terms and conditions of contract specifically designed to ensure limited liability and address the needs of a service-only business.
- Drafted compliance language for use on packaging of a pet care product sold by major retailers across the county to ensure compliance with the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Rules and Regulations, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory entities.
- Used UCC Financing Statements in creative ways to secure a corporate client's interests in assets provided to retailers as "floor samples not for sale" pursuant to mutually beneficial contractual arrangements. Drafted agreements that outlined to parameters of the "floor samples not for sale" retail arrangement to ensure the client's continued secured ownership interest in its assets.
