Kimberly K. Wyss
An experienced litigator, Kim has had over 100 jury trials go to verdict.
With over 18 years of legal experience, Kim focuses her practice on civil litigation. She has been involved in a wide variety of insurance defense matters, handling all aspects of litigation through trial.
Kim has handled a wide range of insurance defense cases including: automobile insurance defense, commercial insurance defense, environmental liability, fire insurance defense, general liability defense, bad faith, insurance investigations, premise liability and uninsured and under-insured motorists.
Kim is a member of the Stark, Akron, Ohio, and American Bar Associations. She was selected for inclusion in the 2010 and 2011 "Ohio Super Lawyers" listing and 2008 "Ohio Super Lawyers - Rising Stars" listing. Kim joined Day Ketterer as a Member in 2011 having previously practiced law at the firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Coggin.
Kim and her husband, Ted, live in North Canton with their three children.
