Raquel is a Workers’ Compensation paralegal and is responsible for supporting the Day Ketterer Worker’s Compensation Practice Group. She assists the attorneys in preparation for cases before the Industrial Committee including gathering medical records, conducting research and assisting with documentation. Raquel also assists the attorneys with all aspects of their litigation work.

Prior to joining Day Ketterer in 2011, Raquel worked for a Canton-based law firm  where she was a paralegal on the claimant side.  Raquel’s experience also includes work as a Workers’ Compensation Administrator for a Self-Inured Employer and as a Workers Compensation Coordinator for an Orthopedic doctor’s office.

Nancy is one of two probate paralegals in the firm and supports the attorneys with trust and estate administration. She assists in the management of estate files, prepares inventories, accounts, income tax returns and estate tax returns.

Nancy began her tenure with Day Ketterer in 2007, coming from a firm in Western New York. She has over 20 years experience as a paralegal in New York and Pennsylvania.

Ann is a probate paralegal and is primarily responsible for estate and trust administration and Medicaid work. She prepares income and estate tax returns and assists the attorneys with their estate work.

Ann began her career with Day Ketterer in 1980. She has more than 24 years' experience in the legal field, including legal secretary for two law firms in Missouri.

Kim is one of two litigation paralegals at the firm, and supports all of the attorneys in their litigation work. She primarily gathers and reviews medical records and conducts research, in addition to locating witnesses and interviewing clients. Kim is the primary liaison between the attorney and the client, and ensures that the attorneys are well prepared by organizing and summarizing files.

Kim began her tenure with Day Ketterer in 2002. She came from a local law firm where she was a paralegal for eight years.

Tracy is a probate paralegal and is primarily responsible for the estate and trust administration and the distribution of assets. She assists in the preparation of estate tax returns and assists the attorneys with their estate/trust work.

Tracy began her career with Day Ketterer in 2008 after working independently with Attorney Umbaugh since January 2002. She previously was in sales, sales training and sales management.
