Matt directs the day to day operations of the Firm and assists the Managing Attorney and Firm committees with their goals and objectives. Matt was previously the firm administrator for Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP, Cleveland, OH. Prior to that, he was the Operations Manager for the West Point Market in Akron. Prior to his management career he worked in sales and retail.

Mary Booth
Title Examiner

Mary is the Firm's title examiner and is primarily responsible for examining titles and conducting real estate related research for the attorneys. Her search territory encompasses Stark, Carroll, Tuscarawas, Wayne, Holmes and Guernsey Counties.
Mary began her career with Day Ketterer in 1974. She came from a local attorney who specialized in real estate and before that from what was then First Federal Bank (now Charter One).

Dawn L. Campanelli
Chief Marketing Officer

Dawn brings 19 years of experience in professional service marketing, strategy driven design campaigns and senior-level communications to Day Ketterer.
As the Firm's Chief Marketing Officer, she will help develop and lead integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen the Firm's regional corporate identity, client services and practice group development.
In addition to working in the legal marketing field, Dawn has provided communications consulting to small businesses, governmental agencies, and non-profits groups, as well as coordinated marketing efforts for health care institutions and physicians.
Kathleen L. Merritt
Accounting Manager

Kathy is Day Ketterer's Accounting Department Manager. She supervises a staff of three and is responsible for overseeing all accounting related functions. In addition she prepares the Firm's internal financial statements, presents financial performance to management, and is responsible for tax returns and payroll.
Kathy joined Day Ketterer in 2006. She brings with her more than 10 years of Public Accounting experience having worked for Padgett Business Services and Deloitte & Touche.
Sophie L. Saracina
Billing/Credit Manager

Sophie is Day Ketterer's Billing/Credit Manager. She handles all aspects of the billing process, including generating invoices, reminder statements, billing inquiries and reporting.
Sophie is also responsible for the firm's Credit Management. She works closely with attorneys, corporations and individuals regarding payment arrangements.
Sophie has been with the firm since 2001. Prior to joining Day Ketterer, she enjoyed a career in the insurance industry for a number of years.
