Day Ketterer does not require the disclosure of personally identifiable information from its website visitors. However, information such as IP addresses, browser types, device types, and referring website addresses may be collected. Day Ketterer may also track data such as the number of visitors to the website, geographical location, language, and how frequently each page is accessed. This is non-personally identifiable information that is used to help Day Ketterer ensure that its website is useful and user-friendly.
Additionally, dayketterer.com features some options that allow visitors to voluntarily enter personally identifiable information directly through the website. For example, a visitor may enter their email address to sign up to receive electronic newsletters from Day Ketterer. Other areas invite visitors to submit personally identifiable information via mail or email, such as job postings, or Title Search Order forms.
Day Ketterer does not sell, barter, or trade any personal information received through its website. Any information collected is used solely for internal purposes, including marketing, website improvement, processing employment applications, and initiating title searches.
- Email addresses entered for purposes of receiving newsletters are compiled into a mailing list. Participants will occasionally receive newsletters from Day Ketterer, and may opt out at any time.
- Title search order forms are used solely for Title search purposes, and the information submitted is not shared with any third party, except as necessary to complete the title search.
- Materials submitted in response to a job posting may be distributed and reviewed internally for the purpose of making hiring decisions, but will not be shared with any third parties.
- Emails sent to attorneys or staff members by clicking the email address links on the website will not be shared with third parties. However, visitors should not send any information that is considered “confidential” via email unless an attorney-client relationship has already been established.
All personally identifiable information received through dayketterer.com is stored on a controlled server to ensure the information is protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
