In handling personal legal issues, individuals rely on Tim for advise on estate planning matters to transfer assets to their children and grandchildren through detailed wills and trusts. He has extensive experience in handling special needs trusts and estate planning for disabled children or elderly relatives.
He is a member of the American, Ohio State and Stark County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in Ohio courts and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He has managed cases throughout Northeast Ohio, Columbus and in Pennsylvania. He joined Day Ketterer in 1976 after ten years of business experience at Diebold Inc. Prior to his tenure at Diebold, Tim was a professional football player in the NFL.
