Wayne C. Kyhos
Wayne primarily litigates in the areas of personal injury defense and business-related disputes. He is also involved in the firm's construction law practice group as well.
Wayne is a member of the Ohio and Georgia Bar Associations and his professional affiliations include the Defense Research Institute, Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and is a Fellow, Ohio State Bar Foundation and the American Bar Foundation. Wayne also currently serves as President for the Stark County Bar Association.
He began his tenure with Day Ketterer in 2002. Prior to that he was with the law firm of Howes, Daane, Milligan, Kyhos and Erwin.
He is admitted to practice in the States of Ohio and Georgia, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
