William S. Cline

Bill Cline is an experienced litigator with the unique ability to understand the technical aspects of his clients’ products and businesses. 

Bill has worked with engineers and in-house counsel for national and international companies in the manufacturing, aviation, automotive, and aerospace industries to develop innovative and cost-effective strategies to manage their claims, litigation, and unique legal risks. He has advised a number of manufacturers in cases involving products liability, breach of warranty, products liability defense, commercial warranty matters, and international commercial and liability matters. Bill has managed litigation nationwide and has been admitted on a per-case basis in State and Federal Courts throughout the United States. 

He also assists our clients on questions of commercial law as well as in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for the purchase and supply of industrial, automotive, and aerospace products.

When not in the office, Bill works as an instructor at high-performance driver education schools organized by car clubs at professional road racing circuits.  He was also one of the corporate organizers of Audi Club Ohio.  Additionally he serves as volunteer, general counsel for VETMotorsports, a national, non-clinical, non-profit which provides community-based outreach opportunities to facilitate veteran engagement through motorsports including professional motorcycle racing.
